ICTA signs formal cooperation with Chinese chemical association CPCIF

ICTA is happy and proud to announce that it has established a formal cooperation with the Chinese chemical industry association, CPCIF.
The memorandum of understanding confirming this cooperation was signed last week during the China’s leading chemical event CPCIC in Hangzhou. This marks an important next step for ICTA as a global association. The goal is to raise the level of the Chinese chemical distribution industry, in particular regarding RC/RD, safety, health and environment. At the same time, ICTA also aims to provide its members with a chemical network in China.

During the conference, Robert Stuyt was also invited to participate in the CEO roundtable to provide the perspective of the distribution industry. He was joined by the Asia-Pacific directors of ExxonMobil, Huntsman, DOW and others. Robert Stuyt also gave a presentation about ICTA and safe chemical distribution to several hundred Chinese delegates.
ICTA will start to organize joint events with the CPCIF shortly. Several members have already expressed their interest in participating. If you also wish to be involved, please contact the secretariat (here).
