ICCA and ICTA have long cooperated on Responsible Care/Responsible Distribution. The MoU gives new momentum to this cooperation. Both organizations re-emphasized their commitment to jointly promote the initiatives worldwide, by working together to improve EHS&S performance throughout the chemicals supply chain. A key focus will be to expand cooperation on capacity building activities in less developed regions.  Furthermore the intention of both organizations is to develop a common message in advocacy to international organizations, such as SAICM and OPCW.
